Science, Technology and Health Direct Entry Program

Are you passionate about science, technology or health? Have you dreamt of a career in one of these fields but don’t know where to start? Charles Sturt has the program for you. Our fully-funded five day intensive Science, Technology and Health Direct Entry Program will set you up with the right skills to take the first step towards your future job.

During the program you’ll explore a career in science, technology or health – the choice is yours! You’ll learn about employment opportunities and study pathways, in an inclusive safe space on one of our welcoming campuses. Successfully complete the intensive school and you'll get direct entry into one of our relevant degrees. If you’re not successful, that’s no problem. We can get you started with a university preparation course.

University is for everyone, regardless of your ability. Charles Sturt is here to open the door and support you during your study journey. What's more, this program is free. We'll organise travel to your campus of choice, plus accommodation and food for the duration of stay.

This program is open to New South Wales regional residents and is planned to run across our campuses, from December 2023-2024.

Potential dates to be confirmed are:

  • Bathurst: 11-15 December 2023
