Professional accreditation - Study

Professional accreditation

Professional accreditation is an important quality measure of our courses. It means our graduates can work in their chosen profession.

Charles Sturt has accreditation with more than 35 professional bodies such as:

  • Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC)
  • Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC), and
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

These professional bodies review Charles Sturt courses to ensure they meet their standards.

Charles Sturt maintains nation-leading results for graduate employment rates and salaries.

Courses with professional accreditation at Charles Sturt

Graduates must complete an agreed program of subjects to meet accreditation requirements.

Sometimes, a professional body may have extra requirements that graduates must complete. This may be a period of professional experience, further education, or workplace training to gain full accreditation. You should check with the relevant professional body for their current requirements.
