Growing through transition program - Craig Semple

The Growing Through Transition Workshops are a whole day workshop designed to provide accurate information about transitioning to life after the NSW Police Force for police officers who are medically retiring from the organisation. The program aims to provide a sense of direction, control, hope and belief for the future.

The workshop is facilitated by Craig Semple, who has 25 years of experience as a Detective Sergeant in the NSW Police Force. He medically retired in 2013 due to psychological injury and created a workshop to support similar individuals through the medical retirement journey.
