Psychological first aid is available to all NSWPF officers and employees for any potentially traumatic event (PTE) that may cause undue distress. Up to 3 hrs face to face counselling is available beyond the initial intervention. Follow up occurs 1 week and 1 month post PTE. Service available 24/7 onsite or via phone. Onsite support is encouraged.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
