Appeal to locate missing man - Brighton Le Sands

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south.

Joshua Ware, age 24, was last seen at a home on West Botany Street, Brighton Le Sands, about 12pm yesterday (Tuesday 27 August 2024).

When he was unable to be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers attached to St George Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold concerns for Joshua’s welfare.

Initial inquiries suggest he was in the Kogarah area about 7pm yesterday (Tuesday 27 August 2024).

Joshua is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 185-190cm tall, of slim build, with black hair and a short dark beard.

He was last seen wearing a grey jumper, grey track pants, and a cream-coloured beanie. He was last seen carrying a black duffel style gym bag.

Joshua is known to frequent Gladesville.
