Reappeal to locate man missing from Leppington

Police are reappealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south west.

Edwin Dobbin, aged 82, was last seen in Leppington, about 6.45am on Wednesday 25 September 2024.

Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Camden Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with medical conditions that require medication.

Edwin is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm to 170cm tall with a medium build, grey/black hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a brown and white striped shirt, black puffer jacket, black shorts, white socks and grey and brown shoes.

Following inquiries, police believe Edwin may have been near a petrol station on Camden Valley Way, Prestons, around 7.20am and in the vicinity of The Northern Road, Bringelly, around 8.20am on Wednesday (25 September 2024).
