Appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Figtree

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from the state’s south.

Ashleigh Capabianco, aged 14, was last seen in Figtree, about 5.15pm yesterday (Tuesday 1 October 2024).

When concerns were raised for her welfare, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for her due to her age.

Ashleigh is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, with a medium build, dark brown hair, green eyes and a nose piercing.

She was last seen wearing a white jumper, black tights and white shoes. She was last seen travelling in a red VY Holden Commodore.
