Police release images of car as part of investigation into a public place shooting - Sanctuary Point

Police have released images of a vehicle and are appealing for information to identify the occupants as investigations continue into a public place shooting in the state’s south.

About 7:20am on Friday 18October 2024, police were called to an address in the Links Avenue, Sanctuary Point, following a report that multiple bullet holes were found in a window.

On arrival, officers attached to the South Coast Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

As inquiries continue, Police have released images of a vehicle seen in the area at the time and are appealing for public assistance to identify the occupants, as they believe they may be able to assist with the investigation.

The vehicle is described as a white 2019 BMW 3 series.
