Appeal to locate missing man - Freshwater

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Jake Baxter, aged 29, from Freshwater, was last seen in Elderslie about 4.00pm yesterday (Friday 15 November 2024) along with his five-year-old daughter, Mia.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into their whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Jake’s welfare as he was to return to the Northern Beaches around 8.00pm last night and hasn’t made contact with family.
Jake is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, fair complexion, with short dark hair and a moustache.
Mia is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 120cm tall, of thin build, fair complexion, with long straight brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
He is believed to be driving a Mazda 2 sedan with NSW registration BJA 20A.
