Police have seized more than 100 cannabis plants on the South Coast.
About 8.20am yesterday (Wednesday 18 December 2024), police attached to South Coast PD, executed a search warrant at a home on Elderberry Avenue, Worrigee.
Police seized 143 cannabis plants in various stages of growth and an additional 88 plants believed to be cannabis plants, which have been sent away for forensic examination. A hydroponic set up was also seized at the scene.
No one was at the home.
A crime scene was established and investigation commenced.

Inquiries are continuing, into whether the home is linked to two sophisticated hydroponic set ups located in South Nowra on Friday 6 December 2024.
