Two teenagers charged over assault of an adult - Mt Druitt

Two teenagers have been charged after they allegedly assaulted a man in Sydney’s west.
Just after 12.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 22 January 2025), police were called to a bus interchange on N Parade, Mt Druitt following reports of an assault.
Officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command were told 41-year-old man was assaulted by two teenagers before one of them left the scene.
The man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics with injuries in his arm and head before being taken to Mt Druitt Hospital for further treatment.
Police arrested the 17-year-old boy at the scene, before they arrested a 15-year-old boy near a shopping centre on Carlisle Avenue.
The two boys were taken to Mount Druitt Police Station where they were both charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.
They were both granted conditional bail to appear at children’s court on Monday (17 February 2025).
