Appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Bankstown

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Bankstown area.

Taimani Elisara-Dixon, aged 15, was last seen near Bankstown hospital about 8.45am this morning (Sunday 26 January 2025).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

There are concerns for Taimani’s health and welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

She is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, tanned complexion, with shoulder-length black hair and brown-coloured eyes.

She was last seen wearing black shorts, black T-shirt and no shoes on her feet.

Taimani is known to frequent the Bankstown and Rooty Hill areas.
