Man dies at Central Coast beach - Brisbane Water PD

A man has died at a beach on the Central Coast earlier today.

About 8.20am (Wednesday 5 February 2025), emergency services were called to Terrigal Beach following reports a man had been pulled from the water unconscious.

Officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District, NSW Ambulance and Surf Life Saving NSW responded.

CPR was performed on the man – believed to be aged in his 70s – however he couldn’t be revived.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
