Help sought after motorcyclist injured in crash at Cheltenham

Police are appealing for public assistance as they investigate a crash in Sydney’s north yesterday.
Emergency services were called to Beecroft Road, Cheltenham, about 7.20am (Sunday 16 February 2025), and found a motorcycle and a van had collided.
The motorcycle rider – a 33-year-old man – was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital with serious injuries including fractures.
The driver of the van – a 17-year-old boy – was uninjured.
Officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command established a crime scene with officers attached to the Crash Investigation Unit now commencing inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
As inquiries are ongoing, police hope to speak with two women who stopped to assist the motorcycle rider, as they hope they can assist with inquiries.
