Appeal to locate teen missing from Sydney's west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney’s west.

Xavier Green, aged 14, was last seen in Glenmore Park about 7.30am yesterday (Friday 21 February 2025).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command were notified about 3.45pm and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Xavier’s welfare due to his age.

Xavier is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 190cm tall, with light brown hair in a bowl-cut style. He was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt with yellow collar, navy blue shorts, white Navara jumper and was carrying a black backpack.

Xavier is known to frequent the Penrith shopping area but may be using public transport to get to Newcastle or Wollongong.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call St Marys Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
