Charges laid after man allegedly stabbed - North Strathfield

Three men have faced court charged with allegedly assaulting a man in Sydney’s Inner West.
About 7.20pm on Sunday (23 February 2025), emergency services were called to a service station on Concord Road, North Strathfield, following reports of an alleged assault.
Officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were told a 33-year-old man was inside paying when he was approached by three men.
He was allegedly chased onto Concord Road and assaulted, sustaining stab wounds to his torso, wrist and shoulder.
The three men fled, running ran back to their car before driving off.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the injured man before he was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition.
A crime scene was established, and police commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, on Thursday (27 February 2025) investigators executed two search warrants at homes in Chaseling Street, Greenacre, and Remly Street, Roselands.
Police arrested an 18-year-old man after he attended Bankstown Police Station about 12.45pm on Thursday (27 February 2025).
He was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, affray, custody of knife in public place and breach of bail.
Two men, aged 19 and 20, were also arrested after attending Bankstown Police Station just after 7am yesterday (Friday 28 February 2025).
They were both charged with would person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, affray and custody of knife in public place.
They all appeared at Bankstown Local Court yesterday where they were formally refused bail to Burwood Local Court on Wednesday 7 May 2025.
