Appeal to locate man missing from Lidcombe

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s west.
Zvjezdan Sofrenic, aged 51, was last seen at near a bus stop in East Street, Lidcombe about 9pm yesterday, Sunday 2 March 2025.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Auburn Police Area Command were contacted and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police hold serious concerns for Zvjezdan’s welfare as he lives with a condition that requires regular medical treatment.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of a medium build, brown eyes, short grey hair, a beard and moustache.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
He is known to frequent the Auburn, Lidcombe, Strathfield and Rookwood areas.
Anyone who has information on Zvjezdan’s whereabouts is urged to contact Auburn Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
