Following inquiries, about 12.40am today (Friday 14 March 2025), the vehicle was located on Glossop Street, North St Marys, where police arrested the driver – a 26-year-old man.

He was taken to Penrith Police Station where he was charged with police pursuit – not stop – drive recklessly, drive motor vehicle during disqualification period, custody of knife in public place – subsequent offence, and use unregistered registrable Class A motor vehicle on road.

He was refused bail to appear at Penrith Local Court today (Friday 14 March 2025).
