Appeal to locate elderly couple missing from Neutral Bay

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly couple missing from the Neutral Bay area.

Nigel Hobbs, aged 83, and Judy Morris, aged 78, were both last seen at a retirement village on Waters Road, Neutral Bay, about 1.30pm today (Wednesday 19 March 2025).

When neither could be located or contacted, officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into their whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for both Nigel and Judy’s welfare as they both live with dementia.

Nigel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build, with white short hair and unshaven.

He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve polo shirt, jeans and black shoes.

Judy is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build, with grey hair.

She was lasty seen wearing a white t-shirt, a striped, blue coat, black pants and white shoes.

They are both believed to be travelling on foot around the Neutral Bay and surrounding areas.
