Man charged after investigations into antisemitic graffiti - Strike Force Pearl

A man has faced court charged over several antisemitic graffiti offences across the Eastern Beaches last month.
On Sunday 2 February 2025, police from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command received reports multiple vehicles, garages and walls had been damaged with offensive graffiti on See Street, Kingsford and King Lane, Randwick.
Crime scenes were established at both locations and investigations commenced.
About 6am today (Wednesday 26 March 2025) officers attached to Strike Force Pearl with the assistance of the Public Order and Riot Squad executed a search warrant at a home on Solander Road, Daceyville.
A 23-year-old man was arrested and taken to Maroubra Police Station.
He was charged with two counts of destroy or damage property in company contrary to s.195 (1A) (a) crimes act.
He was refused bail and appeared in Waverley Local Court via AVL today (Wednesday 26 March 2025).
Strike Force Pearl detectives have now arrested 31 people and laid a total of 153 charges.
