Appeal for information after assault - Terrigal

Police are appealing for public assistance after a man was assaulted on the Central Coast last month.

Officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District commenced an investigation following reports of an assault on Maralinga Road, Terrigal, about 9.30pm on Saturday 22 February 2025.

Police were told a 24-year-old man was walking along Maralinga Road, when he was approached by a group of males who assaulted before they stole the man’s watch and shoes.

The man sustained serious facial injuries, bruising and a broken foot.

As inquiries continue, police would like to speak with anyone who may have been in the area at the time or has dashcam footage.
