Appeal to locate woman missing from Lavington

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the state’s south.

Peta Hartley, aged 28, was last seen travelling from Lavington to Victoria, about 9pm on Saturday 22 March 2025.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for her welfare.

Peta is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm – 170cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Peta may be travelling in a grey/blue Subaru hatchback with NSW registration DM81KD.

She is known to frequent the Lavington area and Wodonga in Victoria.
