Investigation underway following armed robbery, break and enter - Mid North Coast

An investigation is underway following an armed robbery and a break and enter on the Mid North Coast early this morning.

About 2.50am today (Wednesday 30 April 2025), police were called to a service station on the Pacific Highway, Port Macquarie, following reports of an armed robbery.

At the scene, officers were told five people entered the store and threatened an employee with a knife before leaving in a white SUV with cash and cigarettes.

There were no injuries reported due to the incident.

Officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District established a crime scene and an investigation into the incident has commenced.

A short time later, police were called to a service station on Barnard Street, Gladstone, near Kempsey, following reports of a break and enter.

At the scene, police were told a group forced entry to the business before taking items and leaving in a white SUV.

A crime scene was established and an investigation into the incident has commenced.
