Man reported missing from Culburra Beach located

A man reported missing from the state’s South Coast has been found safe and well.

The 94-year-old was last seen at an address on Merimbula Close, Flinders, about 3.20pm yesterday (Thursday 14 June 2024).

When he could not be located and concerns were raised for his welfare, officers attached to South Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Following inquiries, the 94-year-old man was found safe and well this morning in Lake Illawarra.
