Missing woman located - Campsie

An elderly woman missing from Sydney’s south-west has been located safe and well.

The 80-year-old was last seen was last seen at an address on Charlotte Street, Campsie, about 8am this morning (Sunday 16 June 2024).

When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Following extensive inquiries including a geo-targeted message, the woman was located safe and well in Marrickville about 3.40pm today.

Police would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
