Appeal for information following stabbing - Ambarvale

Police are appealing for information following a stabbing in Sydney’s south west last week.

About 12am on Thursday 18 July 2024, emergency services were called to a licensed premises on Woodhouse Drive, Ambarvale, following reports of an assault.

Officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command attended and located a 20-year-old man with a laceration to his face. He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital for further treatment.

A 27-year-old man presented himself to Campbelltown Hospital for treatment of a laceration to his arm.

A crime scene was established as police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
