How do I apply for or renew a Firearms Permit?
Select the appropriate permit from the list on the right hand side of this page. Application forms and Fact sheets are available on each page.
If your application is for a business you must supply a completed Business Declaration form with your application.
Once completed, the application and legitimate reason forms and any supporting documentation must be returned to:
Firearms Registry, Locked Bag 5102, Parramatta NSW 2124.
NOTE: The P634 Application for a Firearms Permit form is NOT to be used for an application for a firearms licence OR an application for a permit to acquire a firearm.If you wish to make application for a firearms licence or a permit to acquire a firearm, please refer to the information on the Firearms Licences and Acquiring a Firearm pages. |
