The Multicultural Community Liaison Officer (MCLO) program employs civilian officers at the local level to work with communities and police. The MCLOs role is to strengthen links and facilitate communication and interaction between police and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. MCLOs identify local priorities for police and culturally diverse communities, encourage partnerships, and forge better relationships between police officers and community members. For program related enquiries contact mclo-coordinator@police.nsw.gov.au
